Working with the Belfast-based Owner-led local Regulatory Technology business to strategically develop the company and formulate a 5-year development plan, priming the business for owner exit.
Reporting to the Board of the family-owned John Hogg Group, responsible for the creation and strategic planning and operational set up of the Game of Thrones Studio Tour at Linen Mill Studios, set to become the ‘Must See Must Do’ attraction in Northern Ireland, enabling visitors to capture the magic of the series in a foremost NI filming location.
Reporting direct to the CEO of Longshot Kids Ltd, and the Board. Full Ops and P&L responsibility for KidZania Admissions, Contact Centre, Customer Service, F&B, and the delivery of the KidZania product to KPI targets. Also responsible for the Building & FM of the 76,000ft 2 site in prestigious ‘Westfield London’. 7 Direct Reports, 400 person team, & £10m pa turnover.
Reporting to the CEO and the Board of Extreme Cool Ltd, operationally and P&L accountable for all customer facing aspects of the 260,000ft 2, £32m private equity owned high-profile operation. 15 tenanted retail spaces including Snow+Rock/Nandos etc, B2C, B2B and Corporate F&B operation. £10m turnover/£3m profit. 450 staff inc. 180 Pros, 5 HODs inc. FM team.
