Founded in 2005, Funds-Axis is a provider of global funds technology to the investment management industry. Victoria has been working with our business since January 2020, and has facilitated and driven real improvements for the business to ensure continued success and a sustainable footing for the future.
Her project was initially to review our short, medium and long term strategy and to facilitate change to move us into the next 5 year phase of the business. Establishing that clear focus was necessary around the People Agenda and Employee Engagement, Victoria was embedded into the operation, and despite the challenges of the C-19 pandemic, facilitated real change by launching our newly agreed Vision and Mission, and – working closely with all our team – workshopped, established and embedded our new Values into the business.
Aligning the new Vision and Mission and Values with our HR strategy, and supported by a clear Objective setting and Employee Review process, Victoria has proven invaluable in ensuring our team are primed with a real clarity of purpose and with high staff engagement. Victoria is continuing to work with Funds-Axis in a Coach and Mentor capacity, supporting key members of the team with their personal development, as well as facilitating company-wide initiatives to continually improve Staff Engagement.
